Ricky Lee's Meaty Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients
• 1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 1/2 lb Ground Beef
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• (8 oz) Shredded Mexican Style Cheese


Cooking Instructions
1. Brown meat in pan and add 1 Jar of Ricky Lee's Chili.
2. Add cream cheese and stir until it is melted.
3. Stir in half of the shredded cheese until melted through.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and top with extra shredded cheese.
5. Alternatively, you can transfer the mixture to a baking dish, then top with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 20 min or until the cheese dip is nice and bubbly.
6. Top with parsley and serve with chips.

Ricky Lee's Sloppy Joes (Made Easy)


Ingredients
• 1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 1 LB Browned Ground Beef (Optional: Add Meat, as noted on the jar)
• 6 Fresh Long Rolls

Cooking Instructions
1. Brown the Meat: Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet.
2. Combine: Drain any excess grease from the ground beef. Stir in 1 jar of Ricky Lee's Chili with the browned ground beef.
3. Simmer: Heat the mixture through until warm.
4. Serve: Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the 6 fresh long rolls.

Ricky Lee’s Beef & Cheese Chili Dogs


Ingredients

• 1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 10-12 Hotdog Buns
• 10-12 Hotdogs
• 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Med Diced Onion (Optional)


Cooking Instructions
1. Brown meat in pan, drain grease.
2. Add 1 jar of Ricky Lee's Chili.
3. Cook mixture on Med heat until it is hot.
4. Grill hotdogs and place on buns.
5. Place chili mixture on dogs.
6. Top with shredded cheese and onions (optional).
7. Serve and enjoy!

Ricky Lee’s Chili  Taco Casserole


Ingredients

• 1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 4 Cups Fritos or Corn Chips


Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F degrees and grease a casserole dish.
2. Using a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the grease.
3. Add 1 jar of Ricky Lee's Chili and 1 cup shredded cheese, mix until well  blended.
4. Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish, then top with the other cup of shredded cheese.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
6. Remove from oven and add corn chips on top.
7. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
8. Allow to cool and garnish as desire

Garnish Suggestions: Sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced olives, diced jalapeño peppers, Guacamole, and chives.

Ricky Lee’s Chili Cornbread Pie 


Ingredients

• One jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• One Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Two 8.5 oz Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 2/3 Cup Milk


 Cooking Instructions
1. In a skillet, brown 1 lb ground beef, drain grease and add  one jar Ricky Lee's Chili and one cup cheddar cheese and mix.
2. Transfer chili mixture to a 9x12 baking dish.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry corn muffin mix, eggs, milk  mix ingredients.
4. Spread this mixture over the chili in the baking dish.
5. Place the cornbread chili pie in the oven and bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.

Ricky Lee's Beef Chili Burrito


Ingredients

• 1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 8 Flour Tortillas
• 2 Cups Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
• 8oz Sour Cream
• 8oz Jar Salsa
• 12oz Bag White Corn Chips


Cooking Instructions
1. Brown meat in pan and add 1 jar of Ricky Lee's Chili and

2 cups of shredded cheese.
2. Stir until cheese is melted through.
3. Add 1/2 cup of chili mixture to each tortilla, then fold tortillas.
4. Wrap tortillas in foil and place on baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350°F for 20 min.
6. Top with sour cream, salsa, and corn chips.
7. Serve and Enjoy!

Ricky Lee's Chili Mac and Cheese


Ingredients

• 1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 8 oz Cooked Elbow Pasta
• 3/4 lb Browned Ground Beef
• 2 Cups Shredded Mexican Style Cheese


Cooking Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain off grease.
2. Then, add one jar of Ricky Lee's Chili, cooked elbow pasta, and one cup shredded cheese.
3. Heat on medium, stirring until the cheese is melted.
4. Transfer the mixture into a medium-size baking dish and top with the remaining cup of shredded cheese.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is nice and bubbly.
7. Top with chives or sliced jalapeño peppers. Serve and enjoy!

Ricky Lee's Chili Cheese Fries

Ingredients
• 1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 28 - 32 oz bag of French Fries


Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F degrees.
2. Prepare Fries: Place french fries on a large cookie sheet and bake as directed on the package.
3. Cook Beef: Using a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the grease.
4. Make Chili Mixture: Add 1 jar of Ricky Lee's Chili to the ground beef, and mix until well blended. Heat over medium heat till hot.
5. Assemble and Bake: When the fries are done, spread the chili mixture over them. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Place the pan back in the oven and bake until the cheese has melted.
6. Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish as desired.

🍽️ Ricky Lee's Chili Lasagna


Ingredients
• 1 jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 9 Lasagna Noodles
• (8oz) Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
• 1-1/2 Cups Ricotta Cheese


Cooking Instructions
1. Brown the meat and add 1 jar of Ricky Lee's Chili.
2. Spread 1/3 of chili meat sauce onto the bottom of a

    13x9 baking dish and cover with layers of 3 noodles.
3. Next spread 1/2 cup of ricotta and mexican cheese

    and add 1/3 chili meat sauce over top.
4. Repeat layers 2X.
5. Top with remaining mexican style cheese.
6. Bake at 350°F for one hour.

Ricky Lee​ Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

• One Jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 6 Large Green Peppers
• 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 1 Cup White Rice


🧑‍🍳 Cooking Instructions
1. Preparation: Cut off the tops of the peppers.
2. Mixing: In a mixing bowl add one jar of Ricky Lee's Chili, 1lb browned ground beef, 6 oz shredded cheese, and one cup of rice.
3. Filling: Mix all ingredients. Fill peppers with the mixture.
4. Baking: Place peppers in a 9 x13 inch baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
5. Cook Time: Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
6. Final Steps: Remove from oven and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on each pepper.
7. Serve and enjoy!

​ Ricky Lee's Chili Cheese Nachos

 

Ingredients

•  1 bag 12 ounces) of sturdy corn tortilla chips
•  2-4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a Mexican blend 

•  1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili

•  1lb browned ground Geef
•  Optional toppings: Sliced black olives, Sliced pickled jalapeños
◦  Diced tomatoes, Diced onions
•  Optional sides for serving: Salsa, Sour cream, Guacamole 


Cooking Instructions 

1.    Brown ground beef and add one jar Ricky Lee's Chili

2.    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
3.    Spread the chips in a single, even layer across the prepared baking sheet.     

4.    Add Ricky Lee's Chili meat sauce 
3.    Add toppings and cheese: Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips, followed by any desired optional toppings like black beans, olives, or  jalapeños. Top with the remaining cheese.
4.    Bake for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely 
melted and bubbly.
5.     Garnish Suggestions•sour  cream, salsa, or guacamole on the side for dipping.

​ Ricky Lee's Chili Baked Potatoes

 

Ingredients

6 Baked Potatoes

1 Ib Gound Beef

1 Jar Ricky Lee's Chili

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then  sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet.
2. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the skin is crisp and a knife slides easily into the center.
3. Brown the beef in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, Drain excess fat.
4. Add one jar Ricky Lee's Chili to ground beef
6. Cook chili mixture uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Once the potatoes are baked, cut a slit down the center of each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open it up. Fluff the insides lightly with a fork, then ladle a generous amount of chili over each potato.
8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and let it melt slightly from the heat of the chili.

Add a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt, sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, or jalapeños, and finish with hot sauce if desired...Enjoy!

Ricky Lee's Chili Cheese & Egg Omelette


Ingredients

• 1 jar Ricky Lee's Chili
• 3/4 lb Browned Ground Beef
• 8 eggs
• 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Cooking Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain off grease.
2. Add one jar of Ricky Lee's Chili. Heat on medium till hot.
3. Beat 8 eggs, then pour into a large skillet and make omelette.
4. Spread chili mixture on half of the omelette.
5. Then add one cup shredded cheese.
6. Fold omelette in half.
7. Cut into four sections.
8. Serve and enjoy!
