It was in his childhood kitchen, helping his mother, that he first learned to cook—a skill that would become his second love, right after singing and performing.

As a country music singer, Ricky Lee has captivated audiences with his voice and stage presence. His dedication extends beyond the spotlight, as he is a fervent supporter of veterans, famously backing the initiative "Music 4 R Vets." Crucially, his wife, Lisa, is his dedicated partner and co-founder, managing the logistics, scheduling, and ensuring Ricky can focus on his performances and the chili business.

After years of sharing his famous three-bean chili with family and friends, their constant encouragement—especially from Lisa—finally prompted Ricky to take the leap. Working meticulously out of his home kitchen, he began mastering the bottling process for his creation.
